His approach is built from experience at the highest level of international sailing and is focused on helping athletes develop the skills, discipline and decision-making required for long-term competitive success.
Coaching Philosophy
Bruno believes high performance comes from integrating technical skill, tactical intelligence, physical preparation and mental resilience. His coaching emphasizes simple, repeatable fundamentals, disciplined preparation and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Drawing on decades of Olympic-level competition and coaching, Bruno helps athletes understand not only what to do, but why and when to do it, developing independent sailors capable of making better decisions under pressure.
